Hi,
I set my navigation menu transparent in the homepage.
I would like to set navigation menu transparent in the members page but i could not find where to modify. Can you help ?
I also changed the default banner profile picture and it seems to have a “filter” and the picture is way darker than it should be. Like a semi-transparent dark grey.
Can you help me remove this ?Thanks,

Hi @leschtroumpf,
You can easily change this theme option in the Customizer. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Appearance > navigation”. Then, open the “Layout” tab and select/click/check the right “position” value.
This should solve your issue.
To remove the cover overlay and adapt other profile components, simply add the following code snippet to your website:
/** * Remove black overlay from the profile header cover */ #buddypress:not(.youzer) div#item-header #header-cover-image:before { opacity: 0 !important; } /** * Change cover profil text color */ #buddypress:not(.youzer) div#item-header .profile-header__body { color: #000000; /* Choose the right color */ } /** * Adapt the profile header height */ @media screen and (min-width: 992px) { #buddypress:not(.youzer) div#item-header #header-cover-image { height: 400px !important; } } /** * Make the member profile background transparent. */ .buddypress.groups.single-item .entry-content > #buddypress, .buddypress.bp-user:not(.activity-permalink) .entry-content > #buddypress { background-color: transparent !important; }
To add this code snippet to your site, we recommend that you paste it to the Custom CSS panel of your WordPress Customizer. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS”.
Pasting your code snippet there should do the trick for you.

FR version :
height: 400px !important;
par
height: 800px !important;
Et ajouter#buddypress:not(.youzer) .profile-content__body#item-body { background-color: #ffffff !important; }
Pour que l’image de la page d’accueil soit placé au même endroit que sur le profil.
EN version :
Hello,
Thanks for your answer.
I don’t understand how your first answer could set my navigation menu transparent. I may have expressed myself badly but here is my problem: On the home page my navigation menu is transparent but not on the profile pages. I don’t know where to change this.For the second part, i modified the snippet
height: 400px !important;
by
height: 800px !important;
Et ajouter#buddypress:not(.youzer) .profile-content__body#item-body { background-color: #ffffff !important; }
To force the homepage img to be place at the same location in the profil pages.

Hi @leschtroumpf,
Thank you for your precious feedback. There is definitely an issue in our theme which will be fixed in the next update.
In the meantime, simply add the following code snippet to your website:
body.bp-user:not(.grimlock--navigation-stick-to-top) .grimlock-navigation:not(.vertical-navbar) { background: transparent !important; }
Pasting your code snippet there should do the trick for you.
