Hello.
When a user has registered (become a member) after filling out the registration form, the message appears “Account created successfully! To start using it, you must activate your account via the e-mail we send to your address” but the user does not receive any email.
Checking the WordPress administrator panel, the user is registered, as an attachment, but the status by default is pending. Is it possible to change this? I believe that it is because of this that the user does not receive any email.
Thanks.

I just checked, not even in the email from the administrator of wordpress I receive any information that a new user has been registered. So, I can’t know if there are any users pending for manual approval whatsoever.

Hi Thiago,
Thank you for bring this issue to our attention. This issue can occur when your activation or registration email is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.
Please be aware that we do not make any changes to BuddyPress core emails in our theme or plugins. So, this issue has to come from elsewhere.

We suggest you to ask for more help on the BuddyPress support forums: BuddyPress Support.
This issue may also come from:
– Hosting misconfiguration (most probable)
– Mail sending plugins such as Mailchimp for WordPress
– Custom development that can interfere with WordPress mail sending features
– A mail client unable to interpret misspelled HTML
– Bug due to the new BuddyPress update (very improbable)In that case, we invite you to ask for more help from your server hosting support as they’ll be better informed and more able to help you.

Hello.
I checked yesterday with the hosting provider and there is nothing, many tests were done and everything released.
It can only be some plugin configuration, after activating (active status) and “send email for password reset” the email for password change is successfully received…
Thank you… I will search…
