Hello guys,
I am having a very frustrating growth on http://www.blackinsync.com where this is being used. Members are not getting confirmation emails and are not able to log in after creating their accounts. When they try, the website tells them they need to activate. But when they check their emails including junk, nothing is there. I have also tested it with 5 different emails of mine and there is no clear-cut way of how it works. I have managed to add just 2 members somehow.
Is there a complete guide on registering to first successfully sign in?
Membership is the lifeline of my project. I need the tests to be successful before rolling out to people.
More so, how do I go about paid membership and hiding any member-related activities from visitors/non-members?
Do you offer a paid service for 100% configuration?

Thank you for bring this issue to our attention. This issue can occur when your activation or registration email is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.
