Before explaining how you can solve this, I’d like to remind you that a theme affects the presentation and visual style of your site, while plugins add all kinds of features and functionalities. As you know, you bought a theme, not plugins. You bought a theme compatible with third party plugins. Moreover, our theme has nothing to do with any emails you might receive from your WordPress website. In conclusion, you can’t hold theme authors responsible for an issue related to a third-party plugin. However, we do our best to help our theme users. Therefore, when we know the solution to a specific problem that is not related to our theme, be sure we share how to solve it.
This issue can occur when your activation or registration email is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.
