No filter in mobile members swipe

    Hello,
    The filter does not appear in the Members Swipe page when switching to the mobile version, see image.
    How to do ?

    In pictures, the mobile and computer screenshots. You can see that on computer I have a filter icon and on mobile it disappears

    Hi @dorianrevest83,

    OK, I think it’s the other way around. ?
    The filter button is not supposed to show up at all, as you can see from our demo. Furthermore, you’re missing the background decoration for every swiped member card. (Please see attached.)

    Could you tell which template is currently selected for your Member Swap page please? And maybe you could try with the “Minimal Template” like we did with our demos.

    Hi @dorianrevest83,

    If I’m correct the filter button is not showing anymore and the default state is restored. However, the SVG card background is still missing…

    It seems like you’re running a child theme and a lot of custom code on your website. Maybe some custom feature is conflicting with the display of the Swipe Member page. This is my best guess as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.

    Could momentarily switch to Gwangi, deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup AND all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
    Please be mind when deactivating your child theme and create a database backup or export your widgets as switching themes can be messing with those.

    Please also make that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.
