Hello,
I’ve been attempting to setup Cera for a client and im running into some issues. Apparently everything seems to be working fine until I try to add a lesson, go t a page and edit the page or any other actions that require using a page editor.
The page always breaks and editing is virtually impossible. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins so its not a plugin issue. Can you notify me of the solution? I can provide information to access the site if necessary.

Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong. ?

Unfortunately, we have no clue.
I’ve proceeded to update your plugins, hoping that maybe some outdated plugin was causing this issue but it didn’t resolved it. Then, I’ve deactivated all plugin except LearnDash and I’ve also activated a standard theme instead of our own… The issue is persisting. (Please see attached.)
I’m very sorry to inform you that there’s not much I can do to investigate further.
As this issue is related with LearnDash, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.
