Hi
I am having a major issue with a page not showing correctly due to a conflict between Gimlock and AR Member.
If you visit https://myfamilyfinder.co.uk/renew-your-my-family-finder-membership/ you will see a coming soon panel with a load of blurb. This is incorrectly showing.
This is page supposed to show a subscriber their current membership status and a button to renew their membership.
I have contacted AR Member support who have established that if I disable the Grimlock plugin then the page shows correctly. However, if I disable Grimlock the rest of my site is incorrect so it’s not a solution to the problem.
You can see the two page examples in my attached screenshot.
Can you help with this Grimlock bug?

Hi 3Bs Studio,
I’m afraid Grimlock is not compatible with this third party plugin.
Could you please deactivate the maintenance mode and try this plugin instead? https://wordpress.org/plugins/maintenance/
We used it severals time and it works perfectly with our theme. We hope it will suits your needs. If you have further questions or requests, feel free to create other forum topics.

Sorry, not sure why I would want a maintenance plugin. The issue is I can’t show the subscriber the renew option.

Sorry, I don’t understand? I don’t have a maintenance plugin installed and I don’t have the WP Maintenance Mode option in WordPress Settings?

Hi 3BS,
Ok, I think I found the issue. Can you please make sure to select the Full Width Template for this page, please?
There is a widget “Coming soon” in the right sidebar. You can either delete this widget in the Secondary Right widgets area or select a page template without sidebar.
Hope this will help you.

Hi
OK, I think changing to Full Width Template seems to have solved the wrong copy showing. The page shows correctly now.
However, I’m still getting all subscription renewals failing. I have made sure Stripe has the webhooks added and thought it was OK but I have received another failed to renew subscription.
Attached my Stripe dashboard screen.
