Hi Bryon,
Thank you for reaching out. We’re glad to read you’re happy with our theme so far. 🙂
Thank you for bring this issue to our attention. We made a registration test and it seems I was able to access the register page and complete the information. However, I didn’t receive the email to confirm my registration. Is it the same case for your users? Note that you can approve them manually in Dashboard > Users > All users > Pending.
The fact that the emails are not received can occur when your activation or registration email is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.

i seent he acct and made it admin, just incase we ever need anything. Sometimes when people get a 404 error when they click register and others dont. I tried 6 times already to register and got it 3 out of 6 times.
Question about theme.. If i was to use WPBakery editior, would that effect the theme any? WPBakery is just easier to use then the current editior.
Can i use a third party plugin through wordpress for Gaming leagues and Tournaments and it work with the Gamipress and stuff?
How hard would it to be to adding streaming to the website with the theme?

Hi Bryon,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
To help us getting clues and find a solution to this issue, please activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); // Disable display of errors and warnings define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
More on this in the following topic: Debugging in WordPress.
Then, could you please try to reproduce error? This time, thanks to the code snippet that you’ve recently added to your
wp-config.php
file, we should be able to read the error. Finally, could you share the content of your
debug.log
file with us please? You can post the content of this file as plain text in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.After having reviewed your next reply, we’ll be able to tell you if the issue is caused by our product, a third party plugin or any type misconfiguration on your server.
If we’re not able to help, we’ll recommend you to transfer the error logs to the plugin author or to your server hosting support.
Thank you.

Thank you for bring these other issues to our attention. We’re glad to answer any question related with the setup of our theme.
However, it is very difficult for us to provide the best support possible and to keep track of issues and their resolution if so many questions are asked in the same topic.
Moreover, it’s easier for us to share the resolution for a single issue with other members of our community facing the same problem. So, could you split your questions into different topics, please? One question = one topic.
By doing this, you will be making a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that!Thank you.
