I am trying to recover my password but I am getting this error message. (attached). This is the error pointing to the browser console.
Failed to load https://sexytoppnew.wpengine.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?callback=jQuery112407458513035417962_1537740509326: Request header field X-Requested-With is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Headers in preflight response.

After a little debugging, we found the solution for this issue. The login page url in your menu in “HTTP”.
Since your server is configured to be in “HTTPS”, the request could not be sent. We took the lead and changed the problematic menu items ourselves.
Check when you reset your password that the url is with HTTPS (be careful with browser cache, I advise you to empty it first).In the future, if you have any problems related with HTTPS configuration (SSL), please contact WPEngine (your host) about it, they are extremely responsive and above all this is their specialty!
