I’m afraid I don’t understand exactly what you’re trying to do.
Do you want to prevent the users to post pictures in the activity walls, but allow them to import pictures in his personal media gallery?
I’m afraid we don’t know how you could achieve that. I suggest you to reach the plugins authors as this request is related to the use of their plugin. Moreover, Their might know a solution we don’t know of.
