Hi Sunil,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
It seems something went wrong during the installation. Can you please delete Grimlock for BuddyPress plugin and install it from scratch? I think it will solve this issue.

Hi Sunil,
Indeed, Grimlock is required. But as you can see, there are two Grimlock for BuddyPress plugins. Which means there is something that went wrong. This issue might appear when editing the plugin. Did you change something?
Anyway, as I told you, the first thing to do is erase both of the “Grimlock for BuddyPress” plugins, then reinstall it. Did you try?
If reinstalling Grimlock for BP plugin doesn’t solve your issue, it will be best if we take a quick look at this. In that case, Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi Sunil,
I think there is something really weird going on in your server. It seems kirki has been deactivated, which is a required plugin. We did not deactivate this plugin ourselves. I tried to install it, but I get a notice that kirki is already installed. However, I cannot see it in the plugins list.
Can you confirm me you did not make any change in one of the plugins of your website? In that case, we think that something went wrong during the import. It’s recommended to address the issue right now as it might lead to other problems in the future.
In this case, we really suggest you to reset your entire WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard. Note that it will erase all the content, as well as the potentially bugs. This way, we’ll start fresh.
Then, you can easily install the theme by relaunching the setup wizard, as it will programmatically do every steps for you.
Regards,

Thank you for your patience. I deleted all plugins manually and installed them again. Now, it seems this issue is solved.
To hide the warnings, please activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); // Disable display of errors and warnings define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
More on this in the following topic: Debugging in WordPress.
Thank you.
