Hi Armin,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
We’re sorry to read you’re facing this issue. It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi Armin,
I took a look at your site and tried to activate the Kirki plugin (which is required for the theme), and unfortunately it seems that this has instantly created an error.
Did you receive an email containing the error message that you could share with us?
If not, to help us getting clues and find a solution to this issue, please activate debug logging on your website by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’ :
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); // Disable display of errors and warnings define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
Once this is done, try to open your site (to generate the error log), then you should find a “debug.log” file in the “wp-content” folder of your WordPress site, which you can open and share the content with us.
Thank you.
Best regards,

Hi Armin,
Thank you for the logs.
From what I can see, there is an error caused by insufficient allocated memory on your hosting server :
[11-Aug-2022 18:01:14 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) ...
To fix this, the memory limit needs to be increased on your server. To find out how to do that, please take a look at point 1 in this article of our documentation: https://doc.themosaurus.com/demo-import-troubleshooting-common-issues-and-resolutions/
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
