Hello! Bought your solution. I do everything according to the instructions, but after installing the demo content, the template does not match the version:
Can you install an exact copy like you have in the demo version?
Can you create a private ticket so that I send you accesses?May 28, 2020 at 19:32 #13270
We’ve visited your website, and almost everything looks OK. The only major problem seems to be the duplicated widgets on your Homepage, which can be easily solved if you delete the widgets that you do not need. This can occur if you’ve launched the setup wizard twice in row.
If you’re convinced that something went wrong during the import, it’s recommended to address the issue right now as it might lead to other problems in the future.
In this case, we really suggest to use the setup wizard to install the theme, as it will programmatically do extra steps for you.
You can easily reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard.
Unfortunately, we do not provide any installation service. If you need help with the setup of your website, we advise that you hire a freelancer.
If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend you to require the services from Envato Studio freelancers (https://studio.envato.com/explore/websites-programming). This web platform gives you access to developers who have already experience with theme customizations, and for $50 or other very competitive prices.

I’m sorry for the late reply. With the current COVID-19 situation, we’re short on staff. We thus take more time to handle the topic queue. Thank you for understanding.
You should not need to try to set up all this by yourself though. As I mentioned above, our setup wizard will handle all this for you. It will saves us both more time as it will prevent us to go back and forth to solve every little detail.

You can repeat the process as many times as needed if you wish to make sure that all is set properly.
Also, once you’ve cleaned up your database, please remember to install and activate LearnDash 3.0 BEFORE you launch the setup wizard. Otherwise, it won’t import the demo content related with this plugin. Once you’ve imported your demo, please make sure that you have installed the following plugins for a better support of LearnDash :
– BuddyPress for LearnDash
– Grimlock for LearnDash
– LearnDash Course Grid
If all this is set up correctly and you have the latest Cera version installed, the LearnDash template pack should work fine as we are using it with our live demo. (Please see attached.)
