Problem updating Grimlock buddypress and grimlock login

    Hello, since the update of grimlock buddypress I have a problem displaying the profiles as you can see in the image.

    With the update of grimlock login I also have a modification of the design.

    I did a restore on a previous backup.
    How to do ?

    Hi @dorianrevest83,

    Can you confirm that your issue is still occurring when you’re making all the Grimlock plugins updates please? These have undergone major refactoring, it is recommended to update them all, update your theme to the latest version and flush your caches.

    Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
    You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

    Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

    @dorianrevest83 Before investigating any further, could you please update your theme and all plugins to their latest version. It seems you still have Gwangi 2.2.2 installed.

    This might fix your issue.

    I don’t see a notification to update the comem theme you can see on the attached image.

    @dorianrevest83 It appears that you Envato Market plugin is not set properly. You haven’t entered the API token that grants you access to ThemeForest servers and to the updates.

    Finishing this setup will allow you to do the updates and solve your issue. 🙂

    Hello,
    I managed to update the theme and part of the problems are solved but other not.
    1: Black line appears on some page (see image)
    2: The design of the subscriptions has completely changed compared to the previous version
    3: a blue color appears on the image on the right
