I’m sorry but I have a difficult time understanding your request. Could you be more specific please? What exactly do you want to divide in half? Or do you simply wish to add characteristics to your member profiles?

No, Advanced Custom Fields is aimed at custom post types, not BuddyPress members.
I would suggest you to create a new field group for each gender, or at least one for the additional gender, using the default field group for the first gender. For instance, you could transform “Base” into “Female” and create an additional field group containing new fields for “Male”.
Another way of doing this might be to keep “Base” for the common information relative to the couples (City, State, Country or other) and create two extra profile field groups, one for females and the other for males.
Field groups will appear on your couple profiles listed under each other (Base, Female and Male).
Otherwise, organizing data exactly as shown on your screenshots will require custom development work.
