I have registered a profile in Spanish and when registering it does not assign it any role and should assign it that of subscriber because it does so in English but not in Spanish (see the photo).

I see that in order for the subscriber to appear in the role, you have to activate the profile from the email and since it cannot be done in Spanish because the role does not appear, when the activation in Spanish by email is solved, it will put subscribe in the role.
