    I purchased the plugin, downloaded it, and installed it. I am using it with the Gwangi theme, BuddyPress, and Paid Memberhips Pro. After installing it, I only get the Lite settings that are in a tab within BuddyPress. I specifically bought it for the compatibility scores and related features. Those settings are not showing.

    In addition, when I log into my account, it shows my purchase, but it also shows a purchase from another customer. That is very strange.

    Please help.

    To add compatibility scores, please install and activate the Match Me For BuddyPress plugin. Once activated, you’ll be able to assign points to profile fields to calculate the compatibility score.

    Can you also lood into why my account seems to be mingled with the account of Tameron Green? In my account it shows two purchases: one in January and one in April. I made the purchase in April. Apparently Tameron made the purchase in January. This is not good. Attached is the email I received when I made my purchase.

    Thank you. I checked, but I cannot find an account with your email. Did you deleted it ? Do you have an address that begins with stea*****@********* ?

    However, I was able to confirm that your license key is linked to your address. Do you need me to send it to you, or do you have it ? Note that the license key will be used to access new updates of MatchPress, and access our support. Therefore, if you have it, keep it close and all will be fine. Note that the license key has been linked to your support account, so you’ll have support until october.

    Hi Manathan,
    My concern with not being able to log into matchpress.me is that in my account there I was able to see what site was using my key and to remove that site. In the future I will probably want to move this site to a different URL and I don’t want to have trouble with licensing. You could check and see if there is an account for Tameron Green. That’s the account that mine seemed to have gotten mixed with. The email that came when I registered gave me this link: https://matchpress.me/index.php?eddfile=1353%3A65%3A1%3A1&ttl=1744392365&file=1&token=4c69477460eca5aa51f7ff56f9eb4cb4b875b41467aea8e4db1af2d4acc90b8b
    However, that link is now expired. I believe it took me to Tameron Green’s account.
    I really would like to get my account registered. I tried clicking on the register account link, but it requires me to make another purchase. I would really like to have my matchpress.me account. Can you help?
