new users are not receiving the user registration emails or a welcome email to their mailboxes to complete the registration . To replicate this, I tried registering as a test user and I didn’t receive an email to my mailbox to complete the user registration.
with the website host we have tried all day long without success at the end they said: I have checked with our team and they informed once more contact the vendor team and inform them emails are hosted with bluehost and the test email works fine in WP SMTP plugin.

Hi Jules,
Thank you for bring this issue to our attention. This issue can occur when your activation or registration email is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.
