Having an issue when I click the register button, (it’s directing to the right place when I hover) but it’s redirecting to the homepage and not to the membership levels page.
I feel I have everything set up correctly and cannot for the life in me figure this out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ben,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’m afraid this issue is related to the use of PMPro plugin, not our theme. Anyway, we can take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi Ben,
Thank you for granting us access to your wp-admin.
The Levels page is set as register page for BuddyPress and Levels page for PMPro. I think it doesn’t work that way. The most common way to proceed is to select a register page for BuddyPress. Then, the user will have to subscribe to a PMPro level through the Levels page.
I understand that you would like to manage the registration through Paid Memberships Pro, but I’m afraid I have no idea how to do it.
Please note that this issue is related with the use of Paid Memberships Pro, not with the use of your theme. It’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you. To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums: paidmembershipspro.com/support/
Sorry we couldn’t help you with that. We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.

Hi Ben,
Indeed, registration via PMPro is possible, but I’m afraid we can’t help you set it up as it’s not a plugin we created. We’re not sure of the steps to follow.
I don’t think the button is the cause of the problem. The fact that you can’t access the page makes me think that something is wrongly set. The button try to redirect to the right page, but something else prevents it to be displayed. So, you’re redirected to the homepage.
As theme authors, we make sure that the theme style is compatible with PMPro plugin, but we do not support this plugin. It’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you with its configuration.
Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. By doing this, you’ll make a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! #SharingIsCaring 💪🏻
