How can i change “required” to “*” with a definition at the end of the form in the registration page ?

You can easily modify any text in BuddyPress or other plugins by changing the translations. To do so, we recommend that you use the Loco Translate plugin that will allow you to easily modify all the translations in your site:

Finally, here is a snippet to add the definition at the end of the form:
add_action( 'bp_before_registration_submit_buttons', 'gwangi_add_text_after_registration_form', 10 ); function gwangi_add_text_after_registration_form() { echo '<p>(*) Required</p>'; }Of course you can change the text as you like.
