Hello dear,
I do not know why I have this error message in my panel. max_execution_time sets on 600. I should not get this error message.
Can you please come and check my website? I tried all tutorials but it did not works. 🙁
I already put my FTP and admin panel details in my last ticket .
I think something is lost in my theme. Because I do not have jetpack. God

After making a quick visit to your website, we don’t see anything going wrong. Could be more specific with the issue that your facing or the source of you worries?
Furthermore, please note that Jetpack is not part of the required plugins. It is supported by our product and need to be installed separately if you wish to use it.
Each time you start again with a fresh install, you must follow the steps described in the setup guide: https://doc.themosaurus.com/gwangi-setup-guide/
This guide is also available in your admin panel. Please navigate to “Appearance > About Gwangi > Setup Guide” to open it.If you want to correctly import contents and widgets related the different plugins, you have to make sure they are activated and configured (like BuddyPress).
Once you followed the steps described in the guide, you will have the same setup as the basic demo: https://basic.gwangi-theme.com/
You can start from there to create your website and add the features you want (shop, agenda, contact forms or in your case, installing Jetpack).
Just follow the documentation posts or support topics from our website.
If you have any further request for help with the setting of our theme, please don’t hesitate to create more topics on our forums. The more precise is your question, the easier it is for us to help you. However, please also note that the setting, debugging and fine tuning of hosting servers is not part of the support that we can provide. Thanks for reply. Honestly I did not install theme again and I am not going to install it one more time. No , I just decided to start working on this theme and you installed the theme for me.
About jetpack, I do not wanna have shop in this website so, I think I do not need it, I thought, I have to have it for packages. For packages, woo-commerce is enough?About Request Timeout Error, In my host everything is ok and even I set it on 600. But in admin panel shows something else. In my opinion it’s not about host, this error message, is cause of something else.

Please have a look to this image, This error says that max_execution_time is not set in high number, but in fact mine is setting on 600. What number should I set it?

After taking another look, we noticed the error message in your screenshot is not an error. It is only a message that we put there as a warning for everyone to explain what to do if you get the real “Request timeout” error, we have exactly the same message on our side (see screenshot). So please don’t worry there is no issue with your theme and after taking a look at your website it looks like you did everything right and successfully installed Gwangi.
About Jetpack, it has a lot of different features to offer, but it doesn’t have any shop feature. You can view a list of Jetpack features by reading the description on the plugin’s page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/
WooCommerce however is an ecommerce plugin that can be used to build a shop and sell items on your website. But if you don’t want to have a shop you can also use it to sell membership subscriptions for your website by using WooCommerce with WooCommerce Subscriptions (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/) and WooCommerce Memberships (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-memberships/)
Finally if you don’t want to use WooCommerce, you can also use Paid Membership Pro (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/) to sell membership on your website.

I wanna make package and put some items that user must pay for using those featured. Do you think WooCommerce Subscriptions or WooCommerce Memberships or PaidMembership is good for dating website? to put many features into package?
Without using these 3 plugin, I am not able to make membership payment? Because I installed woo-commere and as I see I am able to make package. What is this? it’s different?

If you want to sell packages to unlock premium features on your site, we recommend these two options:
– You can use WooCommerce with WooCommerce Memberships and WooCommerce Subscriptions (you need the 3 plugins to make everything work)
– Or you can use Paid Membership ProBoth options are fully compatible with Gwangi and should have the features you need.
However, since you don’t want to have a shop on your website, we would recommend that you use Paid Membership Pro. The plugin itself is free (https://wordpress.org/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/) and has a lot of paid add-ons to add all the features you need (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/)

Unfortunately Paid Membership Pro does not support PayU EU gateway. Here is the list of gateways supported by Paid Membership Pro:
