Unfortunately, we have no clue. Our theme simply display the green dot when the
.is-online
CSS class is applied to the member card by BuddyPress. We’re sorry but we’re not able to give the best answer regarding the reason why this is applied to all your members.As this issue is related with the BuddyPress, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.

Hi @chilepower,
To explain with more detail, this snippet forces the active state of a member.
If the code is permanently activated, it will therefore force the online status of each user constantly.
This code should only be activated once to force users to be displayedSo I just disabled this snippet that was present twice on your site.
Everything seems to be back to normal.
