How do I make my site function like your demo, where all users are taken to a log in page, and if they are not logged in, they cannot see the site at all?

You must use the Private Site plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/jonradio-private-site/).
Here is an article that could help you to achieve the same behaviour as on our demo : https://doc.themosaurus.com/how-to-make-your-site-completely-private/We do not install it by default as this could have the opposite effect for some users who do not wish to have their site totally private.
