Welcome back!
I have several things to solve with the search engine:
1. I would like to translate “Search everything …” into another language without using any plugins that will impose on this translation – I was looking for FTP access to where it is – are you able to prompt me?2. I would like the search engine to also find documents – I set tags in the document settings but after entering them I don’t get any results – is it possible to teach the search engine how to search for content properly?
3. The most important element in our company is quick access to the address book – I would like the search result, e.g. after entering the name, to show the results it receives with “members directory” – because during this search, only the First Name and the last time are available.
Thank you in advance for your help. I know that the topic is a little developed, but still it concerns one tool – if I have to break it down into smaller topics, I will edit it and create new one.

Hi @cmigocki,
Welcome back indeed!
- Regarding the “Search everything” string, we’ve recently addressed a very similar issue/this very issue in another topic. To find out how you can resolve it, please click the following link:
https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/how-to-translate-the-seach-bar-at-the-top/ - The document area has its own search form. Unfortunately, it is only accessible from the document management area of your site. You can set BP Global Search to include “Docs” in its results. Doing so, your global search will also yield results including documents. (Please see attached.)
- I’m not sure to understand what you’re trying to achieve. Could you provide us with screenshots of your website please? Please don’t hesitate to comment or highlight your screenshots to help us better understand your issue.
And yes, for future questions, it is easier to manage if you create separate and “to-the-point” topics! This way, we don’t discuss several points at the same time. Our experience has shown that it can easily become confusing for both parties otherwise. 🙂
Thank you.
