Could you please create a new website user for us? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.

Thank you for creating the user. After taking a look on your website I believe I have fixed the issue. I just re-saved the search forms in Users > Profile Search and it looks like that did the trick.

Indeed, I noticed it was working only when clicking on submit, waiting for the page to reload, then clicking on submit again. I changed the “Toggle form” setting in your homepage search form, and it looks like it works correctly now.
Can you please check and confirm that it is working now?
