How i setup Dark menu For All User All.

Thank you for this clarification.
Please be aware that it is the standard colors that are displayed when visiting a website. It means that in you case, it is the light mode that is used first. There is no option to set Dark Mode by default for the first visit on the website. However, the mode that have been selected by the visitor will be saved in cache. It means that if a visitor selected the dark mode once, he will always see the dark mode by default when visiting your website.
However, there is an option to display automatically the Dark mode for user that uses a Dark mode on their browser. To activate it, please go to Customize > Dark Mode > Dark Mode settings and check the “Automatically detect color scheme” feature.

Using a custom icon will require some customization work. Unfortunately, this is a service that we do not provide. We only share snippet only to solve issues with our theme. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently.
Be aware that you can set a different style of icon in Dark Mode settings. Please find the attached screenshot.
