    Hello @AIOKOGI,

Thank you for the URL to your website.

Coming back to your previous questions:
    1) You can change the width of any content displayed in your page by changing its page template: https://photos.app.goo.gl/E1HwDFnPN6aq56jX6
In this case, selecting “Full Width Template: Narrower” should solve your issue.

Please keep in mind that on our demo, the contact page is made using Grimlock sections. If you want to make your contact page look exactly the same as the demo, you will need to use the “Homepage Minimal” template and override the Homepage widget area using Easy Custom Sidebars. This will allow you to add Grimlock section widgets to your contact page.
More on this in the following articles:
    – Creating the homepage: https://doc.themosaurus.com/creating-homepage/?menu=gwangi
    – Managing the widget areas: https://doc.themosaurus.com/managing-widgets-widget-areas/?menu=gwangi
    – Creating custom widgets areas with Easy Custom Sidebars: https://doc.themosaurus.com/creating-custom-widget-areas/?menu=gwangi

    3) The groups menu icon and the user menu icon both link to the register page when user is not logged in, which is the same as shown on our demos.
Once user is logged in, the groups menu icon should dynamically redirect to the groups directory, granted that the “Groups” BuddyPress component has been activated. More on this in the “Finishing BuddyPress Setup” of our Setup Guide: https://doc.themosaurus.com/gwangi-setup-guide/#post-625

Also, you can manage the dropdown menu shown under the user menu icon. Just visit the menu section of your admin panel. More on this in the following posts:

Creating the Logged In Users and Logged Out Users Menus

    Hi @AIOKOGI,

Can you tell us what has changed yesterday? Everything seemed fine when we visited your website.
Did you install a new plugin ?
Did your host changed something on your server ?

Also, can you provide us with a WordPress log file ? To activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true. You will find this constant in your wp-config.php file.

    Hi @AIOKOGI,

Your website looks fine. It seems that you have encountered a hosting service issue. Your website can be unavailable when your host executes maintenance tasks on your server.

If you are still facing an issue when opening the Customizer, please post your logs so we can debug the issue related to the theme if there’s one.

Finally, we’ve seen that all your contents have been duplicated and new widgets have been added to site. Did you run the import a second time ?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I appreciate your responses.

    1. Here is the log file [28-Apr-2018 08:23:02 UTC] PHP Warning: fileperms(): stat failed for /home2/agrowea1/public_html/index.php in /home2/agrowea1/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 1423

    2. When I am yet to get response from you and upon finding out that all the widgets and the homepage is gone.. I decided to re-import contents only, but it didn’t fix it.

Please look into this with the cpanel and wp admin details I sent you earlier.

    Hi @AIOKOGI,

    1) Thank you for posting your logs.
[28-Apr-2018 08:23:02 UTC] PHP Warning: fileperms(): stat failed for /home2/agrowea1/public_html/index.php in /home2/agrowea1/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 1423
This seems to be a problem WordPress met doing a verification for file permissions. Moreover, PHP warnings don’t prevent WordPress scripts from executing. In consequence, he fact that your website was not visible is not related to this problem either.

This warning isn’t related with the use of our theme or our plugins. Unfortunately, the debugging and setting of WordPress related issues isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme (Gwangi) and our plugins (Grimlock suite).

    2) As you can see in the following screenshots, your widgets haven’t disappear from your website. They’re still in the “Inactive Widgets” part of your widgets admin panel. Also, your “Features – Homepage” menu still exists. Following the additional import you’ve made, it now has a duplicate version of each menu item.
This is maybe due to a misuse of Easy Custom Sidebars or several unsaved changes made to the widget and widget areas.
Luckily, WordPress has autosaved a version of your widgets. Just drag and drop any widget wanted to the sidebar of your choice (for example, “Homepage”) to display it again.

Finally, please note that the “Homepage Template – Minimal” page template is currently selected for your front page. In this case, the hero section won’t be displayed. To do so, you will have to switch back its page template to “Homepage Template”.

    Hi @AIOKOGI,

First, did you activate another (child) theme on your site ? The widget and widget areas are defined by your theme. Switching themes can cause some widgets to move to the “Inactive Widgets” group in the admin panels. Please give a look to the following video for quick demo: https://youtu.be/eVqg6TN0kZA

Moreover, the section widgets displayed on your front page using the “Homepage Template”, in the “Homepage” widget area ARE PROVIDED BY Grimlock. Obviously, if deactivate the plugin, they will disappear. Please give a look to the following video for quick demo: https://youtu.be/wyUlaLLV-M4
We have activated Grimlock on your site and all your imported widgets are back on your home page. So, an you tell us what is preventing you from moving forward with your project ?

Please also note that each time you start again with a fresh install, you must follow the steps described in the setup guide. All plugins should work and there is no need to activate them one by one.
Furthermore, if you want to correctly import contents and widgets related the different plugins, you have to make sure they are activated and configured (like BuddyPress). You will find more on these steps in the setup guide: https://doc.themosaurus.com/gwangi-setup-guide/

Once you followed the steps described in the guide, you will have the same setup as the basic demo: https://basic.gwangi-theme.com/

You can start from there to create your website and add the features you want (shop, agenda, contact forms). Just follow the documentation posts provided in our previous replies.

We will send a complete video tutorial next week with all steps to recreate the classic demo. In the meantime, please refer to our previous replies if you are in a hurry. Everything you need to complete the next steps is part of our documentation: https://doc.themosaurus.com/gwangi/

    Hi @AIOKOGI,

    1) This checkbox activates a feature for multisite installations. It allows users to create their own website on the network. You can hide this checkbox by adding the following lines of CSS:

    #blog-details-section {display: none;}

To open the custom CSS editor, please visit Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS in the admin or Customize > Additional CSS in the admin bar when visiting your website. Then, just copy and paste the given CSS lines.

    2) The title “Find your life partner” is probably the title of your front page. Just change the title for the page by visiting Pages > All Pages >Find your life partner or by clicking Edit page when visiting your homepage.

    Thanks. It did work.

    1. is done.
    2. is done but my concern is that it is not supposed to be that way.. The title of a website during wordpress installation or the title at Setting=>General was what supposed to display including the site Tagline.
Editing the page title is making it show two title at the top without the tagline.
It supposed to show like this “AgroWealth Coop Network | No.1 first biggest, most dynamic, revolutionary and tech driven cooperative society platform.” instead its showing “AgroWealth Coop Network | AgroWealth Coop Network.”
    Hope you understand?
    What have I done wrong.

    Thank You!

    Hi AIOKOGI,

Currently, your site is configured to display titles like this: “Page title | Site Title”. Your front page has the same title as your site so it’s displayed twice when this page is shown.
However, you will see that your blog page will have this title: “The Blog | AgroWealth Coop Network”.

You can either change the name of your homepage, to make it different from your site title (easiest way) or go to the SEO settings and customize the title display (more advanced way).

You will find more on this in the following posts:

The “Find People Near You” section of our demos is populated with WordPress navigation menu. You can edit this menu in the admin panels of your website. Please give a quick read to the following post for more help: https://doc.themosaurus.com/customize-the-cities-grid-menu/?menu=gwangi

Important note: please make sure you have Menu Image (https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-image/) installed before editing your menu pictures.
