Now all users can able to see contact details of the profile, even they are paid or not, need to view only the paid members not for free members. Need urgent support.
Ex: Starter Membership will not able to see the contact details of the profile but Standard & Premium member will see the contact details of the profiles.

Our theme supports Paid Memberships Pro (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/), which allow you to charge users, implement recurring payments and restrict content or areas of your website that will only be displayed to premium members. Plenty of PMPro add-ons are available on the author website to go further if necessary, including one for BuddyPress restrictions:

We’re not sure that we quite understand what’s your issue here. Can you be more specific please?
What do you wish to accomplish with you demo exactly? Maybe you can provide us screenshots of your website to help better understand how we can help you.
Furthermore, the link provided is pointing to our main demo website, on which there’s no member card including contact information displayed (see attached). This might be caused by the fact that you’re sharing the link for Envato frame in which our demo has been embedded. Please share a link starting with:

1-2) This is standard behavior with BuddyPress. To make features allowed only for paid members, you need extra plugins.

3) You can easily change this theme option in the Customizer. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > BuddyPress”. Then, open the “Members” tab and select the fields to display.
