Hi All,
Is there any update or fix to allow the TikTok icon to be displayed in the footer of the theme?
The usual social media icons are working, just not tikky tokky.
Please advise.

Hi MrHilmanUK,
It depends where you want to add this icon.
In the content of a page, you can use the default Social Icons block.
In a menu, you have to use FontAwesome. That’s the html you can see:
<i class=”fa fa-youtube-play”></i>
Our theme uses FontAwesome 4. However, this icon pack doesn’t include a TikTok icon. To display this icon in a menu, you need to use the FontAwesome version 5. To do so, you can install and activate Font Awesome plugin. Here is an article from our documentation that might help you understand how to display icons using html:
Hope this will help you. 🙂
Best,

Thanks for the support – Superfast as always.
Although the icon does not line up on your theme 🙁 – not matter the spaces on the text either

Hi MrHillmanUK,
Thank you for your kind words! 🙂
It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Thank you.

Thank you for granting us access to your WP Admin.
To fix this, simply add the following code snippet to your website:
/** * FIX: Use Font Awesome 5 in Footer */ .site-prefooter .menu i[class*="fa-"], .site-prefooter .menu i.gwangi-icon{ min-width: 28px; }
To add this code snippet to your site, we recommend that you paste it to the Custom CSS panel of your WordPress Customizer. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS”.
Pasting your code snippet there should do the trick for you. Also, it’s important to remember that we share snippet only to solve issues with our theme. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently. No snippets will be shared otherwise.
If you want to go further with the customization of your website, we advise that you require customization work.
Regards,
