    Hello, congratulations on putting together several great-looking themes.

    I have purchased Cera and would like a little support with the following if I may.

    Thank you in advance:

    1. The forums need to be put in a particular order, I cannot see a way of doing that?

    2. How do I edit the contents of the registration form?

    3. Across the top of http://www.charitycommunity.co.uk there is the standard WordPress login and registration (black bar) how do I remove that, we don’t need two?

    4. The employment roles on the member profiles we need to show as a company name, how can this be done please?

    2: The Register page cannot be edited directly. However, you can create new member profile field and choose to display them in the registration form.

    However, it is very difficult for us to provide the best support possible and to keep track of issues and their resolution if so many questions are asked in the same topic.

    No problem, I was not aware it was public, I thought it was a private support system as I had paid for direct fast support.

    Did you answer the other questions anywhere else? I’ve waited 3 days so far for any kind of response and still cannot see anything?

    As it’s public, could you please delete the email in the initial post?

    You are really going to let your sales and customers down if you do not get on top of this support.

    The forum is available to everyone paid or unpaid, you are not offering anything any different to paid support customers. What is the point in paying for support?

    It has been five days since I asked some pretty basic questions above, and you still cannot afford me the answers, I’m not here to make your forum look setup look good.

    Very frustrating user experience.

    Please note that paying users have access to the theme itself, theme updates and only them can post on the support.

    Please note that I already answered to one of your question in my first reply.

    We ask our community to comply to very simple rules, like splitting long and convoluted questions into short straight-to-the-point questions, like sharing highlighted screenshots as much as possible or like posting one topic per request or subject. This very easy requirement has still not been respected by you as you keep on posting topics including multiple subsections and it make our support job more difficult.

    So, could you split your questions into different topics, please? One question = one topic.

    How do we get a refund, please? We don’t have time for these games. It takes nothing to reach out via email and offer proper support like other themes.
