Greetings
Thanks for the theme, the truth is that it is very nice and the functionalities are really good. Although we have had to deal with a lot of loading speed optimization problems, but we have been able to solve them.
We have a problem that eventually happens to users while browsing, and that is that certain sections of the website are not displayed with the content they should, losing its original layout. It happens in the case of the blog section (or news, from your demo) and in another custom section. It also happens in other sections that are slightly built with ELEMENTOR, I have switched to Gutenberg in these sections but I haven’t checked if it is still happening yet.
I attach some images for you to understand. I have the latest version of the theme installed, activated, and all WordPress requirements are more than met. I must emphasize that this was happening in a development environment without WP Rocket and with much less server resources, and in this new server with much more resources and with WP Rocket.
I appreciate any help, the truth is that this is a sensitive issue.

Hi Diego,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
We’re sorry to read you’re facing this issue. I don’t think it is cache related or caused by Gutenberg or Elementor. If I’m not mistaken, it is related to permalinks. Could you please regenerate the permalinks? Then, could you please download this plugin and flush rules?
Hope this will help you solve this issue.
Best,

Thank you for your prompt response.
I tried the actions you recommended, but after a while the layouts broke again.
I have found a temporary patch that has helped me to understand where the problem may be coming from, and it is related to the page templates.
If I select “default template” or “full width template” the problem still occurs. However, if I choose “minimal template” this error doesn’t occur anymore. This is a solution for static pages, but it doesn’t work for the news page because you can’t choose the type of template once you choose it as the default page for the posts.
I have to try to create a new page by selecting “minimal template” and then assign it as a posts page.

Hi Diego,
The solution you found is simply hide the custom header. However, it shouldn’t happen. It’s best if we take a quick look at this…
Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.
