I think the link might be incorrect. Please note that this issue is related to bbPress plugin. You might just need to put the right url in the menu.
We can take a look. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.

Hi,
Seems your url to the Create a Group page was not the same as our demo. Perhaps it has been changed during the translation of your website. Anyway, I set the right url. 🙂
Note that this issue was related to the use of BuddyPress, not our theme.
