i want you suggest me a private chat plugin that compatible with your theme and messages sync. also has many features to customize read/write rolesi have tried Wise chat for demo version and i think it is not compatible even it has most of features of private messaging i need

No chat plugin is currently supported by our theme. So, there is none that we could really recommend.
However, BuddyPress allows private messaging when its component is activated. You can improve the messaging experience and give it better look and feel with BP Better Messages:

From what you can see in the following video, the plugin also offers a chat box similar to Facebook Messenger.
I’m not sure that exactly what you were aiming for but this plugin brings a great improvement to the native BP private messaging feature.Best,

It seems that Wise Chat is not compatible with BP Better Messages as using both is triggering errors on your website.
Furthermore, Wise Chat is not part of the plugins that we suggested and has never been tested or integrated with our product. You might require extra customization work if you wish to make them fit perfectly with your website. For one, we recommend you try to reach MeshPros and request a customization quote:
