I have seen the previous posts to display only men or women in the swap despite that I still can’t get to it. I’ve got the men and women mixed up. Can you tell me how I should do it?
and my code

Thank you for reaching out! 🙂
If the field has the correct id, this should be working. This is what we have on our demos:
[bps_directory template="members/index-swap" field_3="Female"]
It’s best if we take a quick look at this…
Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.11/05/2020 at 17:48 #12587This reply has been marked as private.12/05/2020 at 17:25 #12617
I’m not sure that you’re swap isn’t working actually.
To me, this issue seems more related with the data associated with your users. Currently both “Shaba” and “Ryan” keep showing up in the female only swap because they don’t have the correct values associated with “I Am”.
This should be filled with either “Male” or “Female” and currently, neither of these users have correct values. (Please see attached.)
Updating their profiles should solve this issue.
Please note that I’ve deactivated Ignite Up during my tests as it was messing with your website and all pages were blank. It’s now reactivated.

@shaba We will investigate further to find from where this issue is coming from.
We will be back to you ASAP.
Thank you for your patience.

Found it! When using a checkbox as extended profile field, the required shortcode becomes:
[bps_directory template="members/index-swap" field_311_match_any="Female"]
For more about this shortcode and its settings, please also read the following post:
This should solve your issue.
