You’re totally correct, the shortcode does not appear to be working on the front page. Sorry about that. 😬
Please be aware that we’re migrating the Swap feature into a brand new Member Swipe feature, that will be more stable and more flexible. We’ve released a free plugin as a replacement few months ago that will be included in the next version of Gwangi (v 2.3.5). This update is scheduled for release next week. For more, please view the following link:

It provides a block that serves a similar purpose to the mentioned shortcode, and you can add this block among your homepage widgets with the latest version of WP (v 5.8). (Please see attached.)
You can also replace any swap page shortcode with this block using Gutenberg.I hope that it will help!
