I am aware of the post “https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510”. However. I did it exactly as descibed there:
“Upload the Installable WordPress file admin area
Log in to your WordPress admin area.
Browse to Appearance > Themes.
Click on ‘Add New’.
Click ‘Upload’.
Browse and select the theme zip file to ‘Upload’.”
Anyway, there is only this one file ” themeforest-Tb7mgm9E-cera-intranet-community-theme.zip” made avalable for download …
So, what can I do to install this theme?

It is indeed the wrong file. However, I don’t know why you cant upload the Installable file only.
Anyway, can you please unzip this fil and go to theme > Cera.zip? It’s this file that you need to upload.
Let me know if you successfully installed your theme.
