    Hi

    When launching the FAQ page, it loads with the correct theme colors.

    When I actually click into an article it shows the default stock theme.

    Is there something I have missed?

    Thank you for reporting this to our attention.

    Knowledge Base for Documents and FAQs plugin manages his own colors through his own customizer. To edit this, please go to Knowledge Base > Get Started > Customize KB Article Page. Please find the attached screenshots.

    Be sure this issue in our theme will be fixed in the next update. We’ll be back to you as soon as the update is available.
