Theme wont let ANYONE login not even me with my login and NO email being sent after creating account or for password reset. PLEASSSEEE HELP
Can you guys PLEASE just login to my account and fix the issue.
every time someones tries to login it says time out too many tries after ONLY 1 tries and locks them and me out.
also no one gets any email confirmation or password reset from the site
can you guys please fix this issue. Last time tried with code you had I mess the site up PLEASE HELP

Thank you for reaching out. Seems there are multiple issues there. 🤔
First issue : Can’t log in
Can you please tell us more about this ? Do you get an error message when you can’t log in ? We tried to log in, but we were successfully logged in with the credentials you send us.
Second issue : NO email being sent
Manage emails in WordPress might be quite complicated. First of all, you need to check if your emails are well being sent from your WordPress site or not. We wrote an article in our documentation about that:

Please be aware that we do not make any changes to BuddyPress core emails in our theme or plugins. So, this issue has to come from elsewhere. Unfortunately, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins and hosting server misconfigurations isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme.
Third issue : code you had I mess the site up

I don’t know why this code would cause any harm. Is it possible you put it at the wrong place ?Hope this will help you. Let us know if you need anything else. 🙂
