Sorry to highjack this but can’t figure out any other way. How do I submit a ticket or post a new question? Can’t figure it out. Paid for 1 year of support and can’t figure out how to get my questions answered.

I’m afraid I don’t understand your question, as you were able to post 3 topics since 5 months:
The easy way to post a new topic to get help is to click on the “Get support” button on the right top of the page. Then, you should receive an email when we reply to your topic.
