Our best guess is that this issue is related to a misconfiguration to Paid Memberships Pro. Can you please deactivate it and check if this issue is resolved?

Now we can be sure this issue is related to PMPro. Note that this plugin is used to privatise the BuddyPress features. Our best guess is that this plugin is not well configured. You have to make sure the BuddyPress features are accessible for Admin role in the PMPro settings. Unfortunately, as theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide. As this issue is related with the use of Paid Memberships Pro, not with the use of your theme. It’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you.
