Hello,
i got the same problem like that guy you helped out 7 month ago.
( https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/problems-with-translations/ )I need to translate the word “submit”. It is already translatet to german but i will use another germand word. I use Loco Translate Plugin and the “submit” word is not at your translation file… How can i handle it? Should i change it by edditing your shortcode? [bps_display form=204 template=members/bps-form-home]
Thank you for your help

Hi @dominik,
After investigating, we found that there is indeed an issue within the theme that prevents the “Submit” button from being translatable. We will fix that in the next update. Thank you for your feedback.
In the meantime, if you don’t want to wait for the update, you can replace the file located in gwangi/languages/gwangi.pot in your theme by the following file :
https://files.themosaurus.com/gwangi/gwangi.potThat should make the “Submit” word appear in Loco Translate. Make sure to press the “Synchronize” button in Loco Translate after replacing the gwangi.pot file.
Best regards,

@aureliael: the strings you are looking for are in the BP Profile Search translation. You can translate it right there via loco 🙂

Hi @dominik,
The next few updates we are going to push will mostly include some code migration and reorganization, as well as some minor bug fixes, so nothing that will be noticeable for our end users. We’ll start rolling them out in the coming few weeks probably.
We’ll notify you here when the next update is released.

Hi there,
We recently released a new version of Gwangi.
To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (https://envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your Gwangi theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.

Hi @dominik,
You’re right, this is because we have moved some templates from Gwangi to our Grimlock for BuddyPress plugin. We just released a new update of Grimlock for BuddyPress to fix this issue. Can you please update the plugin to see if it fixes it for you ?
Knowing that, please note that you will need to translate it in Grimlock for BuddyPress instead of Gwangi when you open LOCO Translate.
Thank you for your feedback.
