Hello, I’m creating membership levels but I’m having a problem. The registration page, from “Register” button on the homepage has nothing to do with subscription page/form for Paid Membership Pro subscriptions.
That doesn’t make sense for me. Because when setting some profile fields, they will not appear on subscription checkout page so when members just buy my subscription instead of free subscribing will not have they profiles fullfiled?

I’m not understanding this two different ways of creating a profile in this theme. I’m sorry. Can you explain me better?

    Hi @bloglogia,

There are indeed two different ways to create a profile. However, this has nothing to do with our theme. BuddyPress and PMPro have their own registration form.

Note that you can choose a specific one in the PMPro settings. Please read the Registration part.

    BuddyPress Integration

I’m afraid this is the standard behaviour of these plugins. There is no simple way to synchronise the forms. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.

If you want to know more about it, please click on the link below. This article by PMPro will explain you the process to get what you want to achieve. Please read the Synchronize Register Helper Fields with XProfile Fields part.

    BuddyPress Integration

We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
