Hope you’re doing fine.
Please note that the login modal use the same background color as the post. Can you please make sure the background color is set on white in Customize > Posts > Posts Page > Item? Please find the attached screenshot.
Concerning the navigation, did you change for a child-theme recently or relaunch the theme setup? However, note that you can change this color in Customize > Appearance > Navigation > Style. Please find the second attached screenshot.

Thank you for granting us access to your wp admin.
My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some cache issue as we don’t face it. Please find the attached screenshot in my next reply.
Can you please make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.

Hi Amey,
We did not recommend excluding a css file from caching because it is this type of file that is very interesting to cache. Now that your cache has been emptied, you should be able to activate WP Rocket without any other issue.
Can you please activate your caching plugin and come back to us if this issue still persists?
