Hi guys!
Is possible to disable the attached media>take a photo? When you are taking a photo and posting it, it’s flipping!
And also when you take a photo and post it, and then delete this photo is gone. But when you are taking a new photo and posting it, in the activity/wall is showing you the old picture that you have already deleted! it’s a mess.
Thank you!

Hi John,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We remind you that a theme affects the presentation and visual style of your site, while plugins add all kinds of features and functionalities.
Please note that this issue is related with the use of a third party plugin, not with the use of your theme. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide. To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from the plugin authors and post your request on their support forums as they might have a solution we don’t know of: rtmedia.io/support.
Be aware that our theme is also compatible with MediaPress plugin. We hope this plugin might suits your needs.
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
Regards,

rtmedia is saying –> I’m afraid but activity doesn’t have the take a photo option by default, it’s only for the profile photo. Reference: https://prnt.sc/5lwA9W61t1eB
And it’s true in their demo you can not take a photo by default.
Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback John.
We took a look at our demo but we don’t have the possibility to take a picture. I’m thinking that this feature might be added by another third party plugin. Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup please? And then, could you confirm me that you still have this feature?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
We’re waiting for your feedback.
Thank you.

Hi Manathan,
Rtmedia confirmed that it’s from your theme.

Thank you for your feedback John.
Can you please confirm me you can’t reproduce this when our theme is deactivated? We don’t bring any extra feature with our theme and we think this is related to the browser. When using a mobile, for exemple. Could you deactivate temporarily our theme and activate another one?
We’re waiting for your feedback.

I’m afraid not, a WordPress theme can’t influence the behaviour of the browser. :/
To our knowledge, there is no plugin that you could install to edit this feature and we think that this feature cannot be edited with custom development work.
I’m sorry we can’t help you.
