    hello

    the user menu on the left side is shown with a white background ,with big spaces between courses, and with different font type. It’s not shown as in the demo template

    how can we fix this?

    Hi @braille,

    My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.

    Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?

    Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.

    we installed the templated frome zero, there’re no plugins installed before, and it’s all up to date

    the plugins we have it’s in the images added

    Hi @braille,

    I think that something went wrong during the import, it’s recommended to address the issue right now as it might lead to other problems in the future.

    In this case, I really suggest you try to restart the installation wizard to install the theme, as it will do all the steps of the program for you.

    You can easily reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard.

    we reinstall the theme and happends the same

    what can we do? or have we to delete and reinstall wordpress?

    Hi @braille,

    It seemed that your LearnDash template preferences were set to “legacy” mode (cf. screenshot).
    After switching this option to LearnDash 3.0, the display of this widget has returned to normal :).
