Hello, I have the web in a multisite environment.
When a user tries to register, the account activation message does not appear, they do not send the email or appear in administration to be approved, simply nothing happens.
As you can see in the image, this is how it appears once they try to register

This issue can occur when your activation or registration email is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.
