VERY URGENT! The whole site is broken!

    Hello, i was configuring the primary menu, and erased some parts of it (paid membership) and then, the “dashboard” menu option coulnt be seen anymore, instead there was a “log out” link. But when i went back to the “menu edit” panel, there was no change at all. The menu seemed normal from backend, but from front end it was broken (a screenshot added)

    And then, i decided to import another demo content as i was very very tired of this dark theme, whenever i configure a part of it, another part breaks down and i just dont even understand… And now my site is unusable. (screenshot added)

    So a few questions:
    First of all, i translated nearly everything with loco translate and put a lot of effort into it, how can i backup the translation files to later use them, in case i can not recover my site?

    Other than that, what should i do in order to load the new cera white theme? Help me please.

    We’re very sorry for your trouble. We’ve never experienced this issue in the past. So, it’s very difficult to find out what’s going wrong or to provide you guidance with this issue.

    Anyway, to answer your questions:
    1. The following post seems to be addressing exactly what you’re looking for:

    2. You can still import the .DAT file that will set another theme. To do so, simply go through your downloaded theme package and import the following file:
    cera v1.0.6/demos/intranet/customizer.dat

    To import the data file, I suggest to install and activate Customizer Import/Export (

    This should do the trick!
