    Dear Themosaurus support,

I am experiencing some issues with the Gwangi theme on Safari.

Whenever I open my site (https://artistanthub.com/) on Safari, the site logo keeps disappearing. Sometimes it’s there on the first load but after the first refresh it disappears at the latest.

I already found out that there is an issues with blocked content:
“[blocked] The page at https://artistanthub.com/ was not allowed to display insecure content from http://artistanthub.com/home”

I’m pretty sure that there is no http/https-issue or something like that. On Chrome for example it works perfectly fine and also the URL of the logo starts with https.

Is there any way I can fix this issue?

Would be great to make the site available for users with not only Chroms browsers.

Thanks a lot in advance and all the best from Germany,
    Yannic

    Hi Yannic,

Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂

My best guess is that your issue might probably be caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.

Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?

Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.

    Thank you.

    Hello Manathan,

thanks a lot for your quick replay and sorry for the delayed response!

You’re right, with the “W3 Total Cache” plugin disabled, everything works perfectly fine. Thanks a lot for your help!

Now the site overall is pretty slow, so I have to find a solution for that, but the logo issue is solved. Thank you very much! 🙂

    Ha Yannic,

Thank you for letting us know!

Did you consider WP Rocket plugin?

Don’t hesitate to report this to W3 Total Cache plugin authors. They might have a solution. 🙂

    Cheers,
