    I am having an issue with the comment section. Every time I want to leave a comment in a video, I have to push the comment button twice. I have connected rtmedia and they said this is a theme issue. I have not added any additional plugins to my theme. All I have done is upload the theme and ran the theme wizard. What can I do to fix this issue?

    You have to click the comment box to open it.
    write your comment
    click the comment button (which looks like it closes the comment box)
    Then you have to click on the comment button again to post it.
    Please help! Are my rtmedia setting wrong??

    Hi @2tara,

    We have just released a new update of Grimlock for BuddyPress. Updating this plugin to the latest version should fix this issue.

    After the update, the problem should now be fixed. However, you might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). To see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you:
