When viewing the member page on a mobile device, the screen collapses when swiping.My mobile phone is an Android device, and the page is displayed in Google Chrome.
You can observe the issue by opening the following URL on your mobile phone:
By the way, we also verified the same issue on the Matchpress demo site. The following URL is a video from the Matchpress site during our testing:

I just checked the PHP version and it was currently running 7.4.I tried changing to PHP8.2, but the situation was the same.

I suggest you to remain on PHP 7.4.30. Severals plugins are not yet compatible with this version of PHP.
To help us getting clues and find a solution to this issue, please activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); // Disable display of errors and warnings define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

Could you update BuddyPress, please? If this issue is still occurring, it’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

Thank you for granting us access to your wp admin. Can you confirm me you still face these issues? I tried with Chrome and safari, I cannot face these issues. From my side, I can swipe both side and all is displayed correctly.

Ok, it seems this issue is related to androïd users. This is why I was not able to reproduce this issue on iPhone.
